The restaurant functions as a third stage before or after events in the Kongress- und Festspielhaus Bregenz, as well as at all other times, since the outdoor seats alone are reason enough to take a pilgrimage to the buehnendrei. These seats are located on the spacious square right next to the shore of the lake, dominated by a fascinating sculpture by Gottfried Bechtold, whose position in ankle-deep water is also appreciated by the youngest guests.
